The condo is very nice for its size, accomodating a large bathroom and private bedroom. There is some furniture there but, will be removed unless someone needs some stuff to use while renting. The unit has new Heating and AC units. Elevator makes living on the top floor easier to bring up groceries. This is a corner unit on the top floor; so it is quiet with very little noise from the outside of unit. There is ample parking at this complex. The hallways were just painted and new Vinyl plank floors were added to update the look. Electric or cable are not included in lease, the renter pays those. The building is animal friendly as long as the animals stay on a leash outside the condo. The unit and building are non-smoking units. There is ample parking around the complex. There is an association fee but that is included in the rental price so the renter doesn't have to worry about that. Rental agreement states that the renter is to abide by building rules and noise ordinances. There isn't laundry in unit but there is a laundry on the first floor, and also a storage closet assigned to the unit downstairs.
