Purchased “as is” in 2013 this house needed some rehabilitation. We have done lots of remodeling and improvements. Excavated out the foundation to the footer and installed new footer drains, downspout piping, applied block sealer, plastic layer, minimum of 4 feet of stone and top soil. A privacy pocket door can separate the bedrooms from the hallway that leads out to the living room. New AC unit, new gas hot water tank, with well maintained gas furnace. House is on a dead end lane in a quiet community plan with very little traffic. The community offers Pool privileges for owner/renter.
