Large 2 bedroom with an office we used as a bedroom. lower level walkout condo- lots of grassy areas if you have pups. We have lived here since 2018 and have loved this space. Everything is out of the home and all appliances (washer and dryer as well) stay and they are clean and work well. Other than the living room, the porch is my favorite space here espescially this time of year, and the bird watching (cardinals are my favorite and there’s a family back there :) is just so wonderful. We have installed hooks in the ceiling of the porch and used them for piñatas, punching bag, swings, bars, etc…… so much fun! The office has doors that lead to the porch and it also has a closet that houses the furnace and water heater. (both purchase in 2023) Water heater and Furnace were both replaced last year. This unit is 5 minutes from downtown Cincy only 2 minutes from shopping areas and interstates. All appliances stay even the washer and dryer. dishwasher is new with 3 rd rack tech..
