1. How many adults and how many children will be living in the condo? If you have shared custody, or summers with the kids or grandkids, clearly state so in email.
2. For each adult, give full employment details: where currently employed, title of position held, how long you've been with the company, if you work from home, go into the office each day, recently found a new job... give me details not excuses.
3. What are your current living arrangements (where you're living now, rent house? apartment? live with parents? sharing house with friends, crashing on someones couch, etc) AND when will you want to move in?
4. I usually don't allow pets, but if you have one, I need to know and I may make an exception... but NO guarantees! Please give complete details of any pets.
The three things I'm looking for in a renter:
1. A mature, stable, responsible person who is gainfully employed. No State Assistance or vouchers.
2. Drama-free, smoke-free, drug-free. No exceptions....except medical marijuana with valid RX card
3. If selected, all adults must submit to a full background check, which includes, but is not limited to the following reports: full employment history, 5 years of financials, criminal and sex offender background checks, bankruptcy reports, full credit score and credit history, eviction notice report, etc. Fee is $40 per adult.
