This building is located right on 24 highway. It is a cinder block/brick constructed on top of a concrete slab. It was at one time a restaurant and then in the early 80s renovated into a house. My wife and I along with the help of many others in the community renovated the building and turned it into a garden market in the summer of 2019. The building is solid, we installed new trusses on top of the building along with a metal roof and installed a new ceiling with 3 inches of foam insulation. The entire electric service from the pole to the meter is new, along with the meter, breaker box, all plugins and light switches and LED lighting. We also installed new PEX water lines to the newly framed bathroom consisting of one toilet, one sink, and a floor drain in case a tub or shower was ever needed to be installed. The main room is approximately 41 ft. X 20 ft. and it has a small room added on the back that was once a kitchen, it is 15 ft. X 15 ft. This building would be perfect for a convenience store or market.
