We bought this home several months ago with the intentions of renting it cheap to an elderly friend on a fixed income. We did a lot of renovations getting it ready for our friend - new floors throughout, new paint inside and out, new window coverings, new A/C, new bathroom shower and plumbing, new refrigerator, and much more. Unfortunately, two weeks after our friend moved in he became ill and had to move out. So, we have decided to sell this newly renovated little house.
