True, this might not be the most prestigious area, but this particular community is very friendly and it is plenty safe to live here. No loud music. It's very greenery and beautiful around here. Plenty of kids playing, young families, and some retirees. Nice place. Also it's minutes to Downtown. Easy access to I-45 The North Freeway.
