    If you like efficiency, small bills, low taxes and very low HOA fees this could be one of the best options in town for you. The HOA fee is under $120 a month, and that includes trash, water, maintained community pool, maintained grounds, gated access (being installed and will be in use when you move in), structural insurance and more. Cost of electric power per kWh is very low here because you pay to the HOA, not the provider. That allows you to pay at corporate rates, which are significantly lower that you would otherwise have to pay to the electric company. The condominium was thoroughly updated around 2018 – new AC system, including the ducts, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, new doors, new baseboards and partially replaced drywall, new appliances.. True, this might not be the most prestigious area, but this particular community is very friendly and it is plenty safe to live here. No loud music. It's very greenery and beautiful around here. Plenty of kids playing, young families, and some retirees. Nice place. Also it's minutes to Downtown. Easy access to I-45 The North Freeway.
