The monthly rent is $3,350. We require first month rent and a security deposit of $3,350 (i.e. one month rent) to move in. Minimum 1 year lease. All tenants are responsible for all utilities. No smoking. No cats or dogs. We require a credit and background check and accept the application through Zillow. It is also kindly requested that you be able to provide one or more of the following to show your ability to pay rent on a timely basis: a) pay stubs for the past 2 months and/or b) bank statement showing minimum 3 months worth of rent in reserve.
