I'm looking for one roommate to share in a 2BR/2BA 1400 sq foot home in a 55+ gated community in San Marcos up the street from Lake San Marcos, and 5 miles from the beach for at least a year lease. About me: I'm 62, born on the 4th of July, and am more compatible with a male roommate. Due to it being a 55+ community, the minimum is 55 years old. I am active, friendly, compassionate, and really want the best for my friends and family. You'll find me doing my fast paced 5 mile walk daily at the beach off of Carlsbad and/or riding my e-bike to the San Luis Rey bike trail in Oceanside. Love to paddleboard, kayak, hang out with friends, or stay home with my pets. I'm a mum to an amazing daughter who is married and living in Europe. I have a 21-year-old cat named Trip who is a dog in training. I also have an aquatic red ear slider turtle named Pinky who I have had for 18 years. More about the area: I live up the street from Lake San Marcos and 5 miles from the beach which I am at every day.
