Price is an arbitrary starting point. We are primarily looking for a stable hand to live here. We will reduce or have free rent in exchange for feeding horses and some general upkeep (around 10 hours a week of work with flexible timing). You would at minimum need to have at least 1 hour of availability between 8am and 12pm M-F. Grooms Quarters is attached to a large functional horse stable on a gated private property. Property is fully lit and the owners live on the property. Only 5 miles from the nearest grocery story and amenities (water, sewer, internet, trash, electric) are included. It is a small efficiency apartment but a decent opportunity for a safe and cheap housing during college or similar situation. Really only feasible for single occupancy as it only has one bed, one bath, and a small entryway. Doesn't contain a stove or washer but does include, fridge, microwave, hotplate, and an efficiency washer. We are slowly upgrading it. Will likely be ready by November, 1 or earlier.
