This is a second floor unit. Current renter moves out end of May. I will need about 1 week to get the apartment ready for rent. Renter pays gas and electric and I pay water. I take care of grass and landscape maintenance. Tenant is responsible for snow by their unit doors. I check proof of wages and previous landlord history. I check to make sure there were no prior evictions. 1 year minimum
