The house is located 2 blocks from some of the best bars and restaurants on South 1st. Great restaurants, shops, bars, live music...all within a few minutes of the property....after all the fun, you can retreat to the peace and quiet. A bus that will take you downtown is located 2 blocks from the house...a cab downtown will be around $10... You can walk to the bustling part of south congress in about 15-20 minutes depending on your pace. There is also a car2go location near by and enterprise rental car that offers a great weekend deal...and they will pick you up from the house :-) There is off street parking for 1 car. Other things to note There are beautiful peacocks that roam the hood...they just might stop by the yard to say hi.
