Utilities are included in the rent except electric. It is a second floor apartment. There is a $40 application fee per adult for the screening all done online. Those with a criminal background and/or collections exceeding over $1000 will likely not be of those selected for the vacancy. Also those with previous evictions will more than likely not be chosen. These are the most common reasons one tenant is chosen over another all of course are welcome too apply. Pets are allowed with extra cost. $25 pet rent and $300 pet fee.
