Up until about three weeks ago, Zillow showed a living area of around 1,650 square feet, a home value of $406,000, and a price per square foot of $243. After taking "ownership" of the house within Zillow, I corrected the living area, adding around 350 square feet. Rather than recalculate the total value, using $243 per square foot, Zillow kept the exact home value estimate and just lowered the price per square feet value (~$205). A 9/20/21 market analysis for in and around Imperial Park shows an average of $245. Homes within Imperial Park have an even higher average.
