This property is two miles from Chapman College and has easy access to the 55, 91, 57 and 22 freeways. Also, property is located less than mile from Trader Joes, Sprouts, Target, and Walmart. Maid takes care of all common pathways for about $100 ($25 each), as needed. However, we do ask that you clean up after yourself. Wash and put your dishes away in the kitchen and personal items in the bathroom need to put away after every use. Maturity is the key issue here. We communicate well with each other and expect the basic courtesies. We live active lifestyles with a great vibe in the house and would like to keep it that way. We live in a healthy, Drug/smoke and drama free environment. Room size is 14'X8.5' with walk in closet 2.5'-3' X 14' Age group is 25-40; friendly, active, youthful, and fulltime working career adults.
