Assuming renter follows exit checklist, does not leave the house a mess, other than deep cleaning needed and there are no damages or additional repairs due to renter will receive damage deposit back. Owner will provide cleaning supplies during their stay and the renter will be expected to maintain property during the stay. In some long-term cases and if the home appears to need it, the owner may require that the home be cleaned regularly at renters expense. * Owner maintains weed pulling, yard maintained, and monthly pest spray inside and outside home. Renter maintains the front and back yard to appear respectable. * Application, background check, Lease agreement will be signed and deposits made prior to gaining access to the home. Owner retains the right to meet with renter prior to entry * Minimum 90 day stay, max 12 months. Some exceptions may be made, please inquire. * 90 day stays require full payment upfront as well as deposit and pet deposits.
