Zillow is worthless. In the last several months Zillow has valued my house as high as 612,000 plus. Today it has valued lesser properties above our home value and has dropped our estimate back to 360,000, for no reason. Properties in my neighborhood with the same floor plan and lesser amenities are valued more than 100k above ours. Zillow has done this to several properties in the immediate neighborhood. Zillow has no credibility and should be completely discounted. Zillow is a scam.
