Walkway, driveway, and back patio area were redone in beautiful stone pattern in 2006. Stonework also done on front of house. Neighborhood Description Older homes that have been brought up to date border our home on one side, and the newer homes built at the time of ours, are on the other side. The neighborhood is a nice mix of young and older families. It is safe, clean and neighbors maintain their homes very nicely. Very congenial group of people. Our homeowners group has been around from when the homes were first built and is very active with a social once a year, and other offerings for homeowners. Dues run $25 a year. One can walk a mile to a drugstore, food shopping, or bank. We and a number of neighbors are original owners.
