Proof of income showing minimum 3.5xs rent for two years and on job at least 6 months.NO CATS. tenant pays all utilities. medium dogs okay with renters insurance. property is AS IS. It just became available, will be doing needed maintenance over the next few weeks but I do not like them to sit empty.
