There is public transportation that picks people up at the front of the neighborhood and the school buses stop right next to this unit. Pets are not "allowed" however will negotiate case by case. Tenant responsible for all utilities and snow removal during winter. Management is responsible for summer time lawn care only (includes lawn mowing and landscaping).
