All of our ground floor apartments are wheelchair accessible throughout the entire unit. It has a spacious roll in shower for easy access. The kitchen sink and cook-top are also open underneath for use of the entire kitchen. There is a coin operated laundry area on the premises. Tenants pay for electricity, and gas heat. Water/sewer/trash is included with the rent. *Non-smoking environment. * Strictly enforced and violations will result in eviction. We have a no pet policy on all of our properties with the exception to certified service animals for people with disabilities. Terms of lease are determined after new applications are reviewed; either one year or month to month options. Electricity is Dominion Virginia Power, and gas is Columbia Gas Co. Security deposit is $500 and must be paid in full prior to moving in if application is approved. Application fee is $75.00, money order only included with application, and is nonrefundable.
