Large studio apartment in the heart of the city. The Unit has lots of storage and built ins for all your belongings and more. The kitchen has full sized appliances which are not common in other studios, and also has a full bath with tub/shower combo. It also has brand new carpet and vinyl flooring and a new bathroom vanity. The building itself has tons of charm and is by far my favorite rental that I manage. With the utilities the owner pays water/sewer/garbage AND electricity the tenant is responsible for there own cable/internet etc which the building is already wired for. There is no laundry on site but there is a newer laundry mat less then a 2 min drive on Kitsap way. There is zero yard so no pets please. We do require a credit/background check of $40 per adult and no more then 2 people. We also require 3 months proof of income/earnings statements, rental history, etc. Thank you We pay for Water,Sewer,Garbage and Electricity and the gas for hot water. Tenant pays for cable/internet and gas for heat and cooking. There's no washer/dryer on site but there is multiple laundry mats within minutes of the building. On street parking (until one of the 3 parking spots that are currently claimed becomes available at $25 extra a month) the building is on an active bus route within 15 or so feet from it. Absolutely NO smoking in my building, 25ft away from all windows and doors required by law. We do background/credit checks $40 per adult with a max of 2 living in the unit we will not accept a reusable report. Income requirements of 2.5x the rent required with 3 months proof of income, we also require previous rental history information no evictions. As stated no pets
