Amenities: Shared use of the well-appointed kitchen, family room, dining/living room, and back deck (spanning the width the back of the house). Outdoor gas BBQ, high speed internet, WiFi, electric, gas, water, and garbage are included in rent. This is a non-smoking home, and we do not accept pets. Terms The monthly rent is $1300, with a refundable deposit of $500. A non-refundable move-out cleaning fee of $150 is also required upon move-in.
