Downstairs is a fireplace-sitting room, one bedroom and a full bath. On an annual basis this place would rent for $2,700/month or $90/day in the Boise market. We are offering it for half that rate $1,350/month or $45/day. The reason for the discount - we have a specific time frame - June 8, 2023 to Friday, October 13, 2023.
