Escape to our cozy log cabin, Sweet Pines, in Patriot, Ohio! With accommodations for up to 8, the cabin promises a memorable experience. The cabin is fully furnished and ready for your mid-term stay. Now accepting 1-3 month term stays. Longer stays are available on a case by case basis. All utilities including internet is included. The cabin is furnished with a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the second room and 2 bunks in the small room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for cooking, just bring your own food. The internet is between 30-150 Mbps down, enough to work from. Washer and drier is provided. Cleaners will come once a week to clean and lawn care is fully taken care of. There are four cameras on the outside of the house at both doors, the garage and the HVAC unit. We are accepting 1-3 month short term tenants at this time, applicants must have good credit, show good income and be non smokers. Applications are accepted through Zillow, if you wish to stay for less than 30 days, please book the Cabin on AirBNB. No smoking on the property, credit of at least 650 is accepted, income statements are required in the application. Everyone over 18 at the property must fill out an application, may be the same one. The lease term is 1-3 months. All utilities are fully covered including internet. Parking is only on the driveway, no parking or driving on the grass. No pets
