Our house is well maintained & cleaned consistently. The property has a full bathroom on each floor, a backyard area, & spacious roof-deck with spectacular views of center city- perfect for gardening, enjoying the sunset, or watching a movie. The area is filled with incredible food, sit-down dining, as well as take out- with numerous GF, vegan, or vegetarian options. The area is quick minute walk to Rittenhouse park/center city. It's also a very walk-able as there are a few parks, a public pool, & smaller corner-parks!
