Beautiful studio condo near Center City Philadelphia. It is located near 20th and Christian Street in the Graduate Hospital area. The condo is a 10-minute walk from Rittenhouse Square and a convenient walk to the University of Pennsylvania area across the new South Street Bridge. This is a terrific location for college students or young professionals since it is in a quiet neighborhood and is very close to public transportation (the 17 bus stops on the corner and can take you all the way to Suburban Station or Penns Landing in 15 minutes or less). I'm an attorney in Center City and lived in this unit myself for nearly 3 years, so can assure you that this is a wonderful property, and my subsequent tenants can attest that I keep the unit up very well. I am also the president of the condo association, so obviously I like to make sure that everything is running smoothly. The condo includes a Murphy bed (if you don't know what this is, see httpmurphybedsystems.com) with extra storage/drawers. The unit is on the second floor in the front portion of the building, so you have a nice view of Christian Street. The condo also includes a private, locked storage unit in the basement, which is free of charge.The rent includes water, gas, and trash removal. The unit has new windows, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. This is a terrific studio and puts you near all that Center City has to offer.I am asking for first month, last month, and deposit.
