It really has been a great neighborhood with a rural feel and central location. It's been a great rental property for 18 years, I plan to keep it for a very long time. Scott Tenant pays SRP power, water & gas. Landlord maintains the yard & Trees twice a month. Tenant must accept the irrigation water and open the flood valves when SRP delivers water per the bi-monthly schedule. Landlord pays for pool service but tenant must accommodate the weekly schedule and help keep the pool clean. The pool guy comes 1 to 2 times per week.
