If after 6 years, you have not been able to qualify for a home loan and purchased the home from us, because you were not able to get the BANK LOAN, WE WILL GIVE YOU A LOAN. An Owner Financing Loan. The loan will be a 30 year, or 20 year, or 10 year loan, whichever you want, you choose, you DECIDE.
