The toilet will be shared with a female roommate and shower with two roommates (one male, one female) as there is only one shower in apartment. The room features a closet with mirrored doors, hardwood floors, and a huge window! The room can come unfurnished or partially furnished (bed). Full access to the living room and kitchen. The apartment is in an amazing location. Only an 8-minute walk from the beach and close to Downtown Santa Monica and Main St; lots of restaurants/stores around the area. We are in the Circuit rideshare service area; you get free rides throughout downtown Santa Monica! ~12-minute walk to Expo Line metro stop. 1 mile from SMC.
