Needs work , looking to sell to a investor maybe . Someone who doesn’t mind a little work . Back bathroom needs to be redone , front bathroom needs the floor fixed . Kitchen needs updating , as well as a new sink . New facial board , small hole in the out front. And lastly back room needs an electrician , there’s possibly a shortage . A few holes in the walls throughout the back of the home , a few rooms floors may need redoing , All due to renting out ! So I am looking to just sell to someone who doesn’t mind the work .
