looking for room-mate, the unit is approximately 950 sq/ft. i am renting 1 room, everything is shared except for the bedrooms, that can be your personal haven. I am a landlord with multiple businesses, and I have an extra room I do not use, it has new carpet, queen bed, dressers, closet, etc. the apartment has hot water on demand, personal washer, dryer, dishwasher, leather couches, huge kitchen, nice bathroom with great water pressure. it's a great place to live. I pay for internet, utilities, direct tv. I keep to myself, don't drink or smoke, and enjoy people very much. background check, and in-person interview required. I don't care if someone does smoke, as long as its not in the house. The deposit is $500 for incidentals. all utilities, internet, trash, washer and dryer in unit, dish washer, etc. are all included. the apartment is very nice, and new (less than 10 years old). all space is shared, except for the bedrooms, that is your domain.
