There is also a washer/dryer and gym, tv and living room in the basement for use (the bedroom in the basement is occupied, however, and cannot be used, along with the basement bathroom). You are welcome to lounge in the fenced-in yard, and the deck and deck chairs are ready to use, as well as the grill. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is wifi, and you are welcome to use anything in the shared spaces. Additionally, there is a tv on the main floor living room. The house is close to lovely neighbourhoods like Dekalb, St. Charles & Geneva. Temprorary/short-term or month-to-month lease considered. First month's rent and refunadble security deposit is needed before move in date ($1600 total). No pets. No smoking inside the house. Parking on driveway and street is available. When there is more than two inches of snow, parking on the street it is not allowed until the snow plow has come through in the morning.
