Rent is $425 a month, all utilities included except for electricity. Apartment is fully furnished with individual bedrooms and bathrooms. The complex has two Catbus stops within it and it not too far from campus. The other 3 girls in the apartment are really great, clean, and courteous. Though I will not be needing the apartment for spring or summer of 2015, if you only need to lease for the spring I would be happy to discuss that.
