Will combine up to 2 incomes to meet income requirements, no excessive debt that could prevent ability to pay, good rental history free of negative credit issues which may indicate an applicant is high-risk and/or indicates a pattern of payment delinquency. No prior evictions allowed, and tenant to provide positive current and previous landlord references where applicable. Court records: No violent, fraudulent, etc., criminal history of any sort will be considered No smoking under any circumstance Subjective criteria considered: Greater offer.
