Rent is paid every other Friday and utilities are not included in rent, and there is no on-site laundry or trash pickup. No security deposit is required, only the first two weeks rent ( or however much you would like to pay in advance including first two weeks rent). You must provide a valid drivers license and a proof of income Ex: two current paystubs.
