Though the place is just 1332 square feet, the house feels quite spacious. The house is located in the Tam Junction area, up on a hill. The house is surrounded by a huge yard and offers amazing views of the mountains, trees, Mount Tamalpais and the Bay below. Mill Valley is a magical town. Anyone who lives here feels lucky. There are two or three bedrooms, depending on how one counts. One room could be used as an office or a bedroom. The master bedroom has a nice walk-in closet and sliding door that opens onto a deck, which looks out onto some wonderful landscaping. Our home's gas heat works fine in the winter. There is no air-conditioning, but rarely is air-conditioning needed or wanted. There is ample storage below the house, with sturdy storage racks built in. Over the years we've added many improvements. Everything is in excellent condition. We love our neighbors and it's extremely important to us that we keep them happy. We might move back into the house at some point and don't want anyone to generate any ill will. We seek tenants who are settled, quiet and friendly. The place is unfurnished. Rent is $6,000 per month, with a one-year minimum lease. Eighteen months would be better. If you want to lease longer than a year, we can discuss renewal options. You will need to pay a security deposit of $6,000 and you pay all utilities, which will go under your name. The house is available for move-in Monday, December 1.
