Property is about 10 minutes from Campus. The neighbors are nice. There is a pond directly behind the house. The washer/dryer are provided. It does have a dish washer and fridge. The bed is not supplied with the house. Dogs and Cat are allowed but the landlord requires an upfront payment. There is two people already living there. I am trying to get out because I am Co-oping this fall and I can not afford the place#25 is the cost of rent and does not include the cost of utilities. Utilities usually costs between 20&50. Animals are allowed but the land lord required an additional up front fee. I do not know what that fee would be
