This wonderful home also includes a great sized yard, large garage that is heated, outside dog kennel, shelter logic shed, and in a great neighborhood. The roof was replaced in June of 2016. New LG fridge as of last summer and the LG washer and dryer where purchased in summer of 2016. The dishwasher is a Bosch unit. The oven and hood vent where here when we purchased the place. Central air and heat work great! The heat is natural gas. The house itself is a nice sized 3 bed 1 bath house. The basement is in great shape and could be finished if a person wanted to do so.
