It is right across the street from the Children's Museum and Bradbury's is in a newly remodeled building. The apartment has central AC and heating as well as a gas fireplace. Utilities rarely exceed $100 a month. This apartment gets natural light all day and has been an amazing home to our many plant babies and two pets. Cats and dogs are both welcome with a maximum of one dog and two pets total (Pet fees may apply). There is an extremely clear view directly of the Capital through the Juliet balcony windows, which makes us feel like we are living in luxury without overpaying for new construction downtown. We have easy walking and biking access to everything that the capital area, including the farmers market, concerts on the square, and more. State St. and Willy St. are walkable and bikable, and we're also not far from UW's campus. Included parking spot and storage unit are bothheated and very easy to access. Other building amenities include a backyard, patio and a rooftop terrace with 360 degree lake and capital views. Management is very attentive and personable! The owner and his crew do all of the maintenance work personally, and we've had a great experience. You can easily pay your rent online and maintenance requests are almost always addressed same day or next day. We're moving to a house and will be very sad to say so long to this space.
