INSIDE: On the first floor, you will find a common space featuring beach towels, perfect for a long day at the beach, a laundry room with washer and dryer and garage. One the second floor you'll enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with appliances, eat-in bar and dining area. The living room features a queen sofa sleeper, flat-screen TV and cable. Relax on the spacious second story patio right off the dining area that features a patio set and grill, perfect for that summer cookout! On the third floor, you will find a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, and access to the upper-level patio. Also on the third floor is the guest bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and a full bathroom. Additional Amenities: Cable, Blue Ray player in the living room, wifi, and air conditioning.
