Casita Sirena (aka Mermaid Cottage) was designed with comfort, convenience, and storage in mind. This studio has dedicated parking, private entrance, small fenced yard, and a covered patio outside. Inside includes in-unit washer & dryer, kitchen, spacious shower, dedicated work space with wi-fi, smart TV, and tons of storage space. The unit is on our property, but can be accessed from the driveway through the main gate. The casita has its own picket fenced yard with a gate to the main backyard (owners will need access to the chicken coop, but we will definitely share fresh eggs!) Tenants can enjoy the main yard, pool, and hot tub if they wish. Minimum stay: 1 month Utilities: included Cleaning fee: $75
