We have seven different floor plans. The one bedrooms are 776 - 810 sq feet. We offer three different two bedrooms. We have a two bedroom one bath that is 1003 square feet; a two bedroom one and a half bath - 1036 square feet and we have a two bedroom two bath - 1166 square feet. The three bedroom two baths are 1280- 1431 square feet.If you will let me know what floor plan, the date you are expecting to move and a general idea of how long a lease you want to take I will be able to provide you with prices. There is a $99.00 security deposit, a $100.00 administrative fee and a $30.00 per person application fee. We check credit, criminal background, employment and previous rental history as part of the application process.All apartment homes come with a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer connections and ample storage closets! Some of our homes have fireplaces and beautiful mountain views.
