Great pied-a-terre for a traveling professional, medical person, student, Midtown-er, etc. The kitchen is very spacious and the utilities are low. Central heat/air, newer windows, lot's of insulation, side deck, custom blinds, neutral paint, and let's not forget the location! Furniture is negotiable and could stay for small extra fee. I person max unless it's just a Memphis crash pad. Small for a dog and ok for a well behaved cat (we can discuss pets). This place has always stayed rented! Tenant pays electric and water. Landlord pays lawn maintenance. Open to 6 months or more rental. There is private parking in the back near the unit. No smoking of any kind inside the unit. 1 person max unless it's just a Memphis crash pad. It's small for a pet but we can discuss.
