I am looking for a roommate to share my 2br 2bath apartment in Miramar Beach/Sandestin--near Grand Boulevard. The apartment is furnished, but the bedroom is not. You would have your own bathroom. I don't have a preference of a male or female roommate, but I do require that they are clean, responsible, have a job, and absolutely no drugs. The apartment is non-smoking, but there is a table and chairs outside if you do smoke. I am a 27 year old female, professional. I work during the day--M thru F. I'm pretty laid back, and easy to get along with--mutual respect is a big thing for me. I do have a dog, who is super sweet, and really quiet--however, we cannot have any more pets.
