Great size treed lot. There is a pole barn 3-car garage on the east side of the home that has workshop area, electric and newer garage doors with openers. The home is "as is". It is all gutted and the basement is not useable. One could repair to their liking or demolish it and start all over again. If showing later in the day, please bring a flashlight and be careful.
