Enjoy a luxurious & relaxing stay with top notch amenities including a contemporary design, 2 Smart TV's, a fully equipped updated kitchen, fenced in backyard with seating & bistro lighting, & a huge front yard where you might get a visit from a deer or two. You will be minutes to downtown, have easy access to miles of walking trails along the river & an easy drive to all the area has to offer! The property is fully-furnished. We also accept short-term leases. BEDROOM: The home has 4 bedrooms total with the ability to sleep 10 guests. Bedroom 1: King Bed (downstairs) Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (downstairs) Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (upstairs) Bedroom 4: Two Twin Beds (upstairs) This home features 4 bedrooms with two downstairs & two upstairs. On the lower level you will find a king-sized bedroom with its own TV and a queen-sized bedroom with dresser space & a floor length mirror. Upstairs there is a room with a queen-sized bed with a seating area & lots of room as well as a room with two twin sized beds, perfect for the kids! All rooms are complete with hotel quality linens, comfortable mattresses & plenty of pillows The downstairs bedrooms & living area share a full newly updated bathroom & the upstairs bedrooms share a full bath as well. Living Space: When you walk into the home you will be greeted by a contemporary living area with a fun geometric accent wall. The space is complete with a comfy sectional couch, seating area, ottoman, & Smart TV to relax & unwind after a day of adventures. From the living room you walk into the kitchen & dining room area. The open, luxury kitchen is newly updated with quartz counter tops, stainless-steel appliances, lots of space, & all cookware, dishware, utensils & glassware needed for your stay. The kitchen also has a standard drip coffee pot to brew your morning cup of joe. The kitchen opens into the fun, retro dining area with a table seating up to 8 & a bar cart with glassware, perfect for mixing up an evening cocktail of choice. You'll have access to the entire property. Outside: You will get to experience the true outdoors of Oregon outside in the yard. The backyard is completely fenced in with fun Adirondack chairs under bistro lighting & a BBQ grill available for you to use. Up front is a quaint patio that overlooks the large, grassy yard. Let the kids run & play, read a book, or wait for a potential deer to roam through the yard. Here you will also find parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway with additional street parking available if needed. The home is in the heavily sought-after West Side Neighborhood. You will be in the ideal location for getting to and from downtown & everywhere you would like to adventure in Bend. Other things to note: The home has a Ring doorbell as well as a Ring floodlight security camera on the front of the house only No parties allowed No smoking No pets allowed Quiet hours begin at 10pm Upon making the reservation, we require a secondary ID check to make sure it is really you staying at the property.
