Smoking outside on the property is permitted, but never on balconies, walkways, porches or other areas which may annoy or interfere with other tenants. Littering on the property, including cigarette butts, is not allowed. The first instance will result in a written warning, the second will result in immediate termination. You must purchase renters insurance and provide us with monthly proof of payment. Or we can do that for you as well for $75/month. There are no other fees other than your rental fee.
