Part of Liberty Hall Historic Site, this apartment has a private entrance, new kitchen appliances, an updated bath/shower, an incredible porch overlooking 5 acres of formal gardens on the banks of the Kentucky River. This location is just two blocks from the Farmers' Market and within a short walk of downtown Frankfort restaurants, shops, taverns, and more. The upstairs apartment is separate from Liberty Hall offices, but in the same building - Liberty Hall staff maintain a Tues-Sat schedule, 9am - 5pm, with occasional public programming, both inside the Orlando Brown House and in the garden. This apartment is rarely available and will go quickly, so act fast! All utilities, trash, water/sewage, laundry, and WiFi included. No pets or smoking allowed, in or outside the apartment. Tenant does not have access to the attic, which is kept locked. Occasionally, Liberty Hall staff will need to access the attic but will give at least 24 hours advance notice. Street parking is available, and the apartment is on the second floor with a private entrance and accessible by staircase.
