The Augsburg Park Condominium Association is a self-managed property with 17-units in two separate buildings with a shared underground, secured garage that has heating, ventilation, fire alarm and sprinkler systems. As an end unit, we have sun exposure from windows on north, south and east. The front entry has a roofed porch and the back entry has a larger, screened porch that functions as extra living space in warm weather. We also have a side entrance that functions as an secured emergency exit from the garage for all units.
